How do I pay?
Add your digital guides to the bag and continue to checkout. Enter your email address, then choose a payment method in the secure Razorpay window. You can check out as a guest, without creating an account. Your order will show as awaiting payment until the payment is confirmed.
What happens after payment?
Once payment is confirmed, the return page offers your purchased downloads. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you entered at checkout. If you bought more than one guide, each available file appears separately. You can revisit your purchases using a private email link from Your orders. Allow a moment for the payment status to update.
What if my download link doesn’t work?
Open Your orders and request a fresh private link using the same email you entered at checkout. The email access link can only be used once and expires after 15 minutes, but you can always request another. If your order still says awaiting payment or the file remains unavailable after payment was confirmed, contact the studio with your order reference and checkout email. Please don’t send payment card details.
